How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling rates are calculated on the weight and size of your product, which means you will always pay the lowest possible rate within Australia.
- Bibs, Nursing Pads and Wash Cloths – sent via letter post (from $6.00)
- All other items – sent via parcel post (**$9.00)
- Express post is also available for $13.00
**Our postage is capped at $9.00 for standard tracked parcel post within Australia.
What is your processing time?
Our current turnaround time is between 1-3 weeks. Please see individual product descriptions for more accurate time frames. All items are handmade here in Brisbane. If we can get them made and out to you sooner we will!
Will my parcel have tracking?
Items sent via priority letter post will NOT include tracking. You may request an upgrade if you require tracking.
Items sent via pre-paid satchel or Express post will be tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
All our orders are currently sent via Australia Post. It is not uncommon for Australia post to NOT scan the tracking numbers. It can be quite frustrating, but don’t be alarmed if your tracking number does not show up on the system straight away.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping. If you can’t find shipping rates to your country, please contact us for a quote firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I get my order faster?
As all items are handmade, our turnaround time for processing orders is 1-3 weeks. After this time your order will be shipped. If you need your order to be processed faster, please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing your order and we’ll do everything we can do meet your time frame.
Postage times can vary, so if you require a fast delivery, please select the express post option at checkout, or light a fire under your Postie!
Please note: Selecting the Express Post option does not guarantee a faster turnaround time, but we will do our best to expedite your order if you ask.
Can I send something as a gift to someone else?
Of course! Simply add a note at checkout to say you are sending as a gift, and use the recipient’s address in the shipping field. If you’d like to include a little note I’m more than happy to write one for you, free of charge.
Where are your products made
With the exception of our plain coloured bamboo muslin wraps, everything is handmade in Australia. The majority of products are made by me, in my studio in Melbourne. I have a selection of products sourced from other handmade businesses which compliment my brand.
Our bamboo muslin wraps have been designed by me and are manufactured in China.
Do you offer custom orders?

YES! We offer wholesale on a few of our products. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll let you know our wholesale terms.
Why do you use bamboo on your products?
Bamboo is an extremely resilient and durable fibre. It also feels beautifully soft and pleasant to the touch. When compared in studies to cotton and polyester, it has been found to be stronger, have better moisture wicking properties and better moisture absorption. That makes it perfect for our bibs and burp cloths.
Bamboo is also hypoallergenic, breathable and biodegradable!
Why do you only make a few items in some designs?
I love to keep my designs fresh and unique, so I will always only purchase a small amount of each fabric design. I will try my best to restock popular designs, but I can’t guarantee it, so my best advice is ‘if you like it, buy it!’
How do I care for my products?
All our products are easy care. Machine wash in cold with similar colours and line dry. All products include care instructions either attached or on card (for the bibs) for easy reference.
Our printed fabric designs require a little more care to keep the prints looking sharp. Using cool water on a delicate cycle with phosphate free detergent is best. Do not iron directly on the print. Care cards will be included for your reference.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
All items are thoroughly checked before they are shipped, but if you do happen to receive a faulty item please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your product. I will be more than happy to refund you the cost of your item or replace your item once the original product has been returned. Please see our returns conditions for more details.
