Jeans for Genes Day 4th August 2017

Each year, Australians unite by wearing their favourite jeans and outdoing each other with crazy denim outfits, and donating money or purchasing merchandise, to support genetic research.

On the first Friday in August each year workplaces, schools and streets become a sea of denim in a united stance against childhood disease.

Every dollar raised on the day helps scientists at Children’s Medical Research Institute discover treatments and cures, to give every child the opportunity to live a long and healthy life.  You can find out more on the Jeans for Genes Website here.

My Story

When I started making, I decided I would give back whenever and wherever I could.  I am always looking for worthwhile charities and campaigns to get involved with and as a mother of 3 small, healthy children, I try not to take anything for granted.  This is one small way I can help other children and families enjoy life the way we all do.

How can you help

Buy a Denim bib for $10 for your child to wear on August 4th.
I will be donating the profits from ALL denim bibs sold between now and August 4th to the Jeans for Genes campaign.

Make a donation through my page or directly to Jeans for Genes.  Every bit helps.
