- Bulky items including swaddles and larger orders – sent via parcel post ($9.00)
Our postage is capped at $9.00 and we offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $90.00. (excludes wholesale and overseas orders)

Order Processing Time
Our current turnaround time is currently 1-2 weeks. All items are handmade here in Melbourne. If we can get them made and out to you sooner we will!
Please note that this does not include postage time. Postage times vary from state to state and for international orders. If you need your items quickly please contact us prior to checking out so we can help meet your needs.
Items sent via priority letter post will NOT include tracking. You may request an upgrade if you require tracking.
Items sent via pre-paid satchel will be tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
We ship using Australia Post Air Mail. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer a number of options, depending where you live. All prices are based on a package weighing up to 500g. Parcels over this weight will incur additional postage costs, and you will be notified if this is the case.
- Standard shipping includes tracking for your parcel and is the fastest option offered. (If you would like express post, please contact us for a quote)
- Economy shipping does not include tracking and may take longer to arrive.
- Letter post includes flat items only with a weight up to 250g. It is best to check if this option is best for you prior to checking out. As a guide, a maximum of 4 bibs will fit for this option.
Any customs/import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Grubbee.
Returns Policy & Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all our bibs and burp cloths. If you are not satisfied with the finish of your products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange a refund. All items must be returned unused and unwashed, in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt, and shipped at the buyer’s expense. Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind.
Please note that I am unable to offer a refund on custom orders, including fitted sheets. But if you are unhappy with your order please get in touch so I can assist you.
